Q: Where Do You Ship?

A: We ship worldwide! We provide free ensured shipping and handling can ship to all major destinations.

Q: How long does the shipping take?

A: Delivery time is based on two factors: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

All orders must be processed before they can ship. Processing time takes about 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends), and up to 48 hours more during the holiday season. Due to high demand and the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic allow additional 2-4 weeks in delivery time.

Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 3 - 5 business days

*Orders placed on a Friday afternoon after 3pm, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following business day.

Notes:

  1. Processing Time is determined from the time your order is verified, after which the order is placed into processing procedures.
  2. Processing Time or delivery time of item might extended due to delay in order verification, holidays or shortage of stock.
  3. Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted.
  4. There is often a delay of 5-6 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Shipping Time: 10 - 14 business days for orders to the United States, and 20 -30 business days for international orders, sometimes longer depending on your order and location.

Customs Clearance:

Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs office in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Be Advised:

  1. Customs policies differs among different countries. Once the parcel reaches the destination country, any customs or import taxes, duties and related customs fees that might occur are the sole responsibility of recipient and are determined by your local customs office.
  2. We cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO). For the US territories, please leave a note when you place an order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
  3. Customers from Brazil please remember to leave a message providing us your 11-digit CPF/CNP as your customs office needs it.
