Option 1: Set the switch on the bottom of the globe to "ON" position and place on floor or table in an area with exposure to direct sunlight.

Option 2:
Step 1: Set the switch on the bottom of the globe to "ON" position.
Step 2: Connect the 2 ground stakes.
Step 3: Align and connect the ground stakes into the globe.
Step 4: Insert ground stake into the soil in an area with exposure to direct sunlight.

*The light will need about 7 hours to fully charge and can light for 6-8 hours.
